First, the outcomes come from a single source of data (i.e., on-line questionnaire). It would be fascinating to conduct studies based on other data sources (e.g., interviews, focus group discussions, classroom observations) to continue to research our analysis questions extra deeply. Second, given the exploratory nature of this particular research, teachers’ prioritization of the learning areas and PD needs had been studied via single merchandise measures. Thus, the psychometric properties of our measurement instrument must be improved sooner or later. It is surprising that not considered one of the demographic variables correlated with totally different prioritizations of the training areas, with totally different PD wants, or with different beliefs of children and how they learn.
